We are a home renovation studio that treats the house as one system: how it looks, how it is protected, how it uses energy and how it is paid for.
We got tired of renovating one room at a time.
Nest Haven Livings began with a frustrating realisation: the houses that feel the best to live in were never the ones with the prettiest kitchen. They were the ones where the roof, the windows, the shading, the wiring, the water and the decor were all decided together.
So we built a studio that can hold all of it in one conversation. Designers, builders and protection specialists sit around the same table, look at the same drawings, and sign off on one scope. That is why we can talk about a bathroom remodel and the roof above it, the garden outside it and the warranty behind it in the same visit.
We work throughout the greater Houston area, in homes that deal with real heat, real humidity and real storms. Everything we specify is chosen to survive that, not just to photograph well.
Four principles we will not trade away.
Design before demo
Nothing gets torn out until the plan, finishes and budget are agreed in writing. It is the cheapest place to change your mind, and the only one that costs nothing.
One team, one thread
You get a single project lead who books the trades, chases the materials and answers the phone — not a phone tree of subcontractors passing you around.
Built for this climate
Houston heat, sudden downpours and the odd storm set our specifications: ventilation, materials and detailing are chosen to survive them.
Look after what lasts
We repair and reuse solid structure, cabinetry and fixtures wherever it is sensible, and we sort what has to go so less of it ends up in landfill.
Small studio, senior hands.
You will meet the same people at the walk-through, at the design meeting and at the handover. No account managers, no hand-offs to a stranger in a van.

Facades, porches and gardens. Marisol plans the outside of the house so it works in storm season and photographs well in every other season too.
Devon Marsh
Roofs, solar, ventilation and the unglamorous air-sealing that makes everything else perform. Devon writes the scope nobody else wants to write.

Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and storage. Priya is the reason our clients stop apologising for the spare room.
Elias Turner
Security, fire safety and warranties. Elias checks what is behind the plaster and keeps the paperwork somewhere you can find it.

Gulf humidity, eight hours of afternoon sun, hail that arrives without warning and a tree canopy that shades one side of the house and destroys the other. We design for those realities first and for magazines second.
